What is Bonded ADSL
Bonded ADSL is a way of increasing the bandwidth, speeds and resilience on your Internet connections without the cost and commitment of expensive Leased Lines. We take multiple ADSL connections and "bond" them into one single virtual pipe.
Bonded ADSL uses multiple ADSL connections and aggregates the
bandwidth together to increase the download and upload speeds. For
example, if you have two x (up to) 8Mpbs downstream broadband
connections then the aggregated performance will be (up to) 16 Mbps
downstream*. Bonded ADSL also increases the upstream speeds.

What do I need?
We will provide you with a fully configured & managed "bonding" device for your premises along with the "Limabond" service which is provided as an annual rental element. The "bonding" device then communicates with technology within our datacentre. You do not need your ISP's approval for this service and we can bond different ISP connections and also different types of connections including cable to offer even more resilience. Where is Bonded ADSL positioned?
Bonded ADSL service fills the gap between a standard Broadband connection and the higher end solutions such as SDSL and Leased Lines etc. The service has been priced to deliver a cost effective solution for those businesses that want the increased upstream and downstream speeds but cannot justify the additional costs of a Leased Line type circuit.
